well I’m almost about to dismiss it , after my Vawa got approved and I had already removal order from the judge in 2020 and my lawyer he did fill the appeal. and recently the BIA they granted to reopen my case but before all of that my lawyer contacted the DHS and they agreed to dismiss my case and they signed the form. just waiting for the judge to sign it so it will be dismissed completely. please just find the right lawyer and I have called 27 lawyer non of them helped me and they all of them said it’s hard and it’s impossible that ur case will get dismissed or reopened , I’m not sure if they just lazy or they don’t know what they doing. I did they appeal and get all the info thro ChatGPT , trust me it did help me a lot. but you have to have a lawyer to understand the process, do not give up and trust me you will get through have faith and believe in it.
