@Eb1 C thanks. i did not get any notification about moving to field office. last month emma told that its processing at nbc. i already submitted both medical and birth certificate.

@T SB As you said may be linked to the travel. They might ask to submit the latest I94 once they are back. Are they going to be back with stamped visa or EAD / AP?

@Eb1 C since my 485 is approved, they cannot use stamped visa. they will have to come via AP

@T SB, is your family still outside the US? If yes, then that most likely will be it.

@T SB, I belive USCIS might be wondering if they have abandoned their application. I will advise you get a lawyer if this happens to be their concern.

@T SB, definitely! But you never know what aspect of the law someone at USCIS might feel it impacted. Have you seen or heard of someone whose GC via AOS was approved while outside the US? Note: Am just speculating.....let me know what the RFE is about.

@Rijo Rijo they have asked for lawful entry evidence based on advanced parole which means i will have to give copy of passport with entry stamp date
