Dependent not received GC after 2 months of primary approved
Hi community,
My wife and I applied back in September. I received my GC around 2 months ago but there have been no update on the dependent's case. Does anyone have similar experience? our case was originally in LA field office.
it has become very frustrating.

@Mo Mos Is September 2022 also your priority date? If so, then it might be due to the retrogression.

I have the same situation, I received GC near 2 months ago and my son’s case does not move since biometrics a year ago

@marine iv have you tried contacting USCIS? they seem to give a template response to us only.

no, I did not, my lawyer advised just to wait…

I got approved in January and 4 months after we are still waiting for my wife's approval

I got approved last week so only a few day gap so far. The main reason for anxiety is retrogression starting August following the new bulletin :(
