@January 2021 She was added at the time of Application. PD August 2021.

@eb3 unskilled so if she got the interview you can go with her even you haven’t receive any interview notice?? and if your wife doesn’t speak English whats the best thibg you can do??

@January 2021 USCIS will have 2 i485 on their table (1 principal applicant and 1 dependent). My wife and me speaking English, if your wife doesn’t speak English, you should bring interpreter. I don’t have my interview, but I came with her, we both got approved together

@Niko Sal same happened with me. My husband got his interview scheduled 33 days ago. after sometime I got mine scheduled. somehow our field offices are different and we were not able to combine them. Pd ago 21 here

@Niko Sal what your lawyer said? I got mine ( main applicant ) but my husband nothing ( dependent). are you going with her?

@January 2021 @GB B @eb3 unskilled @K A I asked my lawyer whether as the husband and primary applicant I can go as an interpreter. She said yes you can go. On the interview date, I asked the interviewer whether I can go as an interpreter. We both were taken at the interview room only to let us know that the interview will be rescheduled with a non-family interpreter. Ask lawyers but verify their answers too.

@January 2021 Yes. The interviewer said it will be rescheduled. No clue when. Wish I could see the comment of eb3 unskilled before.
