@Teresa Lee I can appreciate this experience... It's hurtful to say the least. File a I-290B motion to reopen, write a letter and attach new evidence, could be similar to what you've already submitted. It'll be sent back to the service centre that denied the petition and just as subjective as this process is, the new Officer to review your motion could have a different insight! Honestly, it appears some of these Officers that review are not thorough or patient! They just want to keep "things moving" and not particularly mindful of the details involved.🤦🏾‍♀️ But just keep pushing, by God's grace you'll testify with great news! Thank you, this was in Texas.. the denial reasons were the same as the RFE - prong 1, 2 and 3. I provided an answer in my reply of the RFE to all 3 prongs.. but it looks like they didn't read it - as the denial is just a copy and paste of the RFE. It is very frustrating

@Teresa Lee refile and appeal. AAO sustained the appeal and refile was approved.

@OO_ 2021 it's better to appeal to the AAO. it will still include mentioned above steps.

@Teresa Lee don't file motions to reopen unless it is clear mistake. the success rate is extremely low.

@Artur D yes, and I think motion to reopen just goes to the original officer (I could be wrong). the dude couldn’t even be bothered to even read my original petition (the RFE was asking for stuff I already sent)and then totally ignored my RFE reply.. don’t really want to go back to him..

@Teresa Lee exactly as mine. Just let it go and focus on next steps. You can appeal and refile at the same time but it is a bit tricky. I followed my lawyers advises.

@Artur D stories differ ☺️, the review process is greatly uncertain and subjective. However, motion to reopen was my preference and the path to my approval, given as I was able to get new evidence to further buttress my case... Honestly, it truly was God through and through... @Teresa Lee keep in mind that process of the review is really subjective. After 6 months from my denial my case was approved without an RFE. Keep in mind that visa bulletin is a mess and maybe appeal will save yours.
