Denied i485 based EAD
My i485 denial letter said ‘Any EAD associated with this denied i485 is revoked. You should return the EAD to the local USCIS office.
What should I do? Has anyone been in the same situation before? Should I return it or will it not make any difference?

@Kanye East Hey man why was your i485 denied and if it’s revoked it’s best to return it by mail to whatever address stated and appeal your case to file for a new one. I think we both had vawa approved same time didn’t you have a C31?

I think if not mistaken, it’s as a result of a misrepresentation he had over if he worked illegally or not. i think i remember his previous post . I will advice he shud just reapply the application as he hasn’t gotten an attorney.

@Kanye East If a USCIS office is near you, go in person and return it. Otherwise mail it. I have done it before for revoked EAD.

@Kanye East return it so they could destroy it. People with GC should do the same thing as the notice says. USCIS just wants to destroy EAD according to the law
