Denied I-485
Good day. As a green card holder has anyone had the i485 for a minor child denied? The child has an approved I-130. Awaiting the notice that says why I-485 had been denied. Can you share why your form was denied?

@K C I know because a friend received a denial letter because her priority date was not current. but keep in mind every case is unique. if you received a denial letter please remember you can reopen your case or reapply. Good luck and keep trying and keep going 💪 👍

there is no update for a denial
