so sorry to hear that, it’s weird how they are quick to deny it because you didn’t sent your rfe on time and don’t have answers for the people that responded on time. these people make me sick…

@favor me👩🏽💼 thank you. I talked with a lawyer and he said it's not about I-130. they denied I-485. He said maybe there is a problem with my Report of Medical Examination. I will wait for the notice.

@ryan g Don’t listen to that lawyer , they just guess things like a lot of other people. Your application I assume was based on marriage. If that’s the case I can assure u it was denied not because there was anything wrong with the I-485 application itself but just because u failed to meet the I-130 rfe deadline. Because if there was anything wrong or missing with the I-485 application itself, u would’ve gotten a rfe for it first before they take any action. My advice now is to wait for the denial notice in the mail, then reapply as soon as u can with everything they asked for in the rfe. Good luck
I-485 based on marriage is contingent upon I-130 approval. So if I-130 is denied for whatever reason, your I-485 application is automatically closed no matter what documentation u provided.

@ryan g I’m glad u find out the reason, now that u know what they were asking for in the rfe , my advice is to refill immediately if u have the monetary mean. Since u already have your fingerprints and background checks in the system u will be fine. Trust me. I don’t know if u realized it but the new application are getting approved very quickly. Also the fact that they already have checked everything about u is a big plus. I wish u all the best. I know the mental anguish this process can be.
