denial notice
lawyer just emailed me and told me I-485 is denied due to error. my case was received on January 31, 2023 which is indicated on the I-485 notice.

my lawyer said it’s due to error. they revived the case in January 31st. The notice date they created is on February 1st which doesn’t matter. the recieved date is the filing date.

@Marwan Yehya same happened with my case. Tried everything nothing worked. At last filed law suit.After a week of lawsuit they have opened my application again and sent me RFE for medical and supplement J.

did you file to reopen the case? Did you file a lawsuit through envoy or another lawyer? I appreciate the info

Motion to reconsider was not the option as filing fees were returned envoy lawyer said. They filed for nunc pro tunc again with all the applications I-485,I-131 and I-765. Got no response from USCIS on that for more than 100 days. Talked to tier -2 officer twice even they didn’t know about Nunc pro tunc. Decided to sue them. Hired lawyer on my one. Envoy don’t do law suit infact they are so careless.
