delayed case
does anyone know how to file a writ of mandamus we reached out to congressman and uscis say case is in third party background check it's impossible for a case to take 3 yrs, We already did interview and they did not update that the uscis officer that has this case has a vendetta it seems and it's not right doesn't matter we are all human no matter what race or culture.

I was in this situation too. I reached out to White House and rest was history. Two weeks later I was scheduled for an interview. I’ve previously reached out to senators and representatives but that didn’t work.
