Delay (I-765)
It seems that USCIS has experienced delays for Form I-765. It used to take 3 months, now is taking 7 months.

Riss - yes, they have new rules in effects since 2020, where processing times for the EAD is no longer 3 months but more depending on the category and the service center.

I really don't understand why EADs are taking that long. All they have to do is print a card. It shouldn't take that long. Come on man people need to work!
