Deeply Concerned
I filled for VAWA (full package)in October of 2024. I filled for I 765 c09 in Apr 2025, receipt was issued in July 2025. I haven't received my first Prima Facie.Can anyone share their experience on when the first prima facie is expected.

Don’t pay much attention on those PF is nothing. a lot of people got approved without any PF.

I got 1 PF 2-3 months after filing that lasted a year & another one was issued in January this year

I applied in October 2024. I got my prima facie in march 2025 which expired last month. still waiting on a new one.
