idk what USCIS is up to but the new visa bulletin is so disappointing. it’s literally the same from past one year. I have been waiting for so long to apply for I-485 (aos) but due no movement in filing date I’m unable to do anything. I think people with pd 2021 are lucky because you guys already have Eads and APs but people with PD 2022 and above are stuck. I believe eb3 skilled and unskilled both are the most important category in us immigartion but uscis don’t really care and they have the same excuse. it’s really frustrating and disappointing.

it's very disappointing but if they give more visa than they are allowed to they would be breaking the law. imagine how indian nationals feel with 10 plus year wait time. because their demand is very high and now rest of world demand is very high. it's all about the numbers just not enough GC. what I hope they don't do is waste any visa this year that would be very unfortunate.

my PD is Sep/ 2021 and I haven’t get my parole yet. On the other hand, I do have my work permit approved. so tired of waiting for immigration timeline. 😩
