assigned jurisdiction in 26th Dec. no news yet. filled concurrently.

Mine was transferred on October 30th 2023 to NBC from TSC. Then after two weeks it further transferred to Brooklyn FO. Got medical RFE after that. Waiting response after submitting medical RFE on end of December 2023.

dears same boat my case transferred 21th December from Texas to nbc eb1 c no news since the transfer I cross fingers.

Also, quick question: I received two updates from USCIS, the first one saying that my case was transferred and the second one saying that my case was transferred to another office that now has jurisdiction. In both updates, they said that they would issue a notification explaining why and that I should follow the instructions, and if I don’t receive the notifications by January 24 and January 25, I should claim them. I received the notification corresponding to the first update from December 22, saying that my case was transferred, but not the second one corresponding to December 26. Is anyone else in the same situation? Should I claim the second notification?
