IN RESPONSE TO JOE. D. I respect your thoughts. I also believe that they make sense. There are so many cases where MEN and Women have used American spouses and partners for the sole purpose of becoming a citizen. Trust me, the thought has been in my mind for awhile. One thing about my girlfriend is that she is a proud Colombian and she has no problem staying in her less Fortunate circumstances. In other words, Im not saving her from a tragic life. Therefore, it would be less thoughtful of her to use me since she wouldnt be gaining anything thats worth more then having her close friends and family physically around. She has no friends or relatives in the US so if she did try snd pull some stuff on me, she would be homeless. Her English is bad, and her ability to adapt to a completely new environment is dim, but growing. Im not trying to speak as if shes a worthless person who knows nothing, but she has lived in somewhat a bubble her whole life. Moreover, the smart thing for her to do is have a gameplan. If shes gonna use me, she needs to analyze the goods and bads of her decision. There is no way she could outthink me on this. Then there's the fact that she has a daughter which suggest that her wanting to use me would be less rewarding since her maturity level is higher. All in all, if she tried to use me for my money or for citizenship, I would know. Also, she isnt full citizen until she gets her greencard and other things. If she messes up before then, Immigration is a phone call away. I have no issues loading her purse with narcotics and calling the police to come investigate her! Also, if I dont see signs of her working her ass off for the benefit of our family, ill react quickly and get things changed. I REFUSE TO LET ANYONE LET ALONE SOME PENNILESS LAZY IMMIGRANT USE ME FOR WHAT Ive WORKED HARD FOR. IF SHE USES ME, SHE WILL GET DEALT WITH SWIFTLY. I trust her, but time displays facts and truths. I think its truly pathetic of a person to literally use someone just to be sble to live in a different country. To use someone just to possibly attain a better life. Pwople like that need to be shot and murdered. Their selfish actions feed stereotypes and desecrate those true people who actually love each regardless of phydival locations and financial statuses. How do these people function? to wake up e everyday and know you were too stupid and worthless to be independent, and you had to scsmm someone just to live in snother country.....Its retarded!
