anyone here reached out congressman and filed inquiry through them ?

@PD 02dec22 I did. PD Nov ‘22 We’re current since October; in January I filed and inquiry through them. They received a generic reply and I asked them to request specific answers. Mid-March interview was scheduled. We attended the interview last week, case status did not update yet. I believe reaching out to the Congressman had an effect… an officer worked on my case and scheduled the interview. 🙏🏼

is there a way to know how many applicants under Eb3 skilled ROW with PDs from Dec 2022 till June 2023 who’re still pending.

@Soyeb M We brought copies of every single document we’ve shared so far. Officer examined about an hour. Then called us in; asked few questions and checked the notices about the status’s. Asked few questions from I-485 form. Took the rest of the documents and we left. Total time is around 3:30 hours

it’s not essential yea k . it’s just mean they probably filed electronically. IOE cases process faster usually. Bdw we all are looking for MSC badly.
