they can take weeks to acknowledge it. I uploaded mine online and it was marked “received” on my status but they don’t send you a letter or give you a notification. they could look at your case again tomorrow or next year. did you send to NBC or the field office? @German Refugee

you may have incorrectly uploaded it. when you get a RFE it should be a specific button to respond to it on and not just “unsolicited evidence”.

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 They send me a letter for evidence and gave me the option of mailing or uploading. My wife is the US citizen but she never created a online account but her I130 is showing on mine. Thats where i uploaded it, but there is no button. I dont understand.

oh yea that’s the wrong place!!! she needs to upload it on her portal, NOT YOURS. you need to mail it out if she doesn’t have the account.

if you have an access code yes. but my husband didn’t get an access code until 6 months in.

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 yeah thank god you told me, mine went to Charlotte on the same day. The RFE was adressed to my wife, so i was not even suposed to handle that. No wonder i didnt get a receipt,lol. Thank you

maybe it means I’m not going to get an RFE. we have 2 kids together so our marriage is pretty legit! haha

mine took a month! relax, they will acknowledge it.
