I am wondering if anyone have hired Dalbir Singh and associates for vawa and how much fees does he charge for fresh application of vawa or just rfe for vawa.

this is extortion. there are lawyer/law firm who take way way less that this and still have 100% approval. again if it is immediate GC or citizen then maybe it might worth it. imagine paying this huge sum and still waiting for months to years to be approved. naaaaa it's plenty.

That's a lot of money to pay anyone, regardless of his approval rating. His Google reviews aren't great either. Be careful.

thanks all for your response. he was recommended by one of my friend. he did said he was expensive. I am going to meet him on Wednesday and will let you guys know how much he charge for sure.
