@bb wow lucky you.. that was the only reason I was denied .. and I hav someone verified this document for me at the customary court where the divorce was issued and it was on file . That's why am confused .. am trying to see how to authenticate it and refile

if you reapply and submit same document chances that they might deny you again for same reason… do a divorce here and have the document sent to your ex spouse… then reapply, for more information seek advice from a lawyer…

once Uscis let you know your divorce is fraudulent or not acceptable automatically your current marriage is not valid.. you have to correct all that before reapplying…

@b b Divorce decree from NGR accepted by USCIS and acknowledge by Ministry of Interior and the embassy in NY is two parts.....Decree Absolute and Decree Nisi If you have one without the other your divorce is not final yet and if you dont have anyone of this whatsoever your divorce is termed fraudulent/not accepted by USCIS standards I hope this helps
