curious on timeline
so my pd is 28th nov, 2023.. on friday march 14th, 2025 got an email that action was taken(so far no update in my account at all. but I am curious after approval which I should get soon. what is the timeline for completing nvc and rest of steps needed(if interview, etc) before I can take my wife back to states? she's indian btw

it’s your approval coming soon @Michael J 😌. As for nvc stage u will have to pay the fees and then start uploading documents they requested to be upload. They will give u instructions on what to do. good luck

and I heard nvc can takes 2-6 weeks to document qualify ur stuffs, after nvc the US embassy in which country your spouse in will contact you or your spouse about interview. bare in mind every country different when it comes to the timeline on the US embassy about interviews
