if you haven’t already submitted I-693, you will definitely get the RFE for medical. It’s uncertain though when you are gonna get the RFE though.

@Chandler Bing thanks. I have not submitted my medicals and now waiting for it. Meanwhile, case status is in CRP.

CRP is not a good thing. Wish you never had to go that route. CRP is like a pile of file that is thrown at the corner, sometimes forgotten even when they become current. All the best.

@Mr Green I am in the same situation but pd is Sept 2022. I have tried congressman and service requests but It's not working. I cannot afford a lawyer. Do you suggest any next steps?

@C. O. it will cost you anywhere between $3,500 to $5,000 to sue USCIS, and you will get decision within 30 days. But you must have exceeded the processing time. My advise will be to keep chatting them atleast 2-3 times every week. Hopefully, someday you get lucky with an agent that will help Nudge your case.
