@R N In similar situation, application moved to Long Island NY FO on 12-July and waiting for next updates.

@R N May I know your PD? the only reason I can think of is - Assuming you are from India or China: Even though you are current. When NBC or FO requests for VISA number from DOS. they might say visa is not available for you. because the per country quota for your country is already completed under EB2 row for rest of this year. So in general case- On or after Oct 1st- if your PD is still current. DOS will assign visa number from 2025 per country quota. AGAIN - few other people like you may get approved. ultimately we are under USCIS mercy.

@Eb1 C I would think your case is different- Reason: You fall under EB1A. So visa numbers are avilable even on per country quota. that is the reason dates advanced by 1 year in Aug 2024.

@SK I am from India. My PD is Nov 17, 2022. EB2 ROW based on cross chargabilty since my spouse is from ROW. Not sure if they looked at my place of birth and made it CRP.

@R N did you reach out to congressman? what did they say ? I have seen many people getting approved with PF Nov 2022. My PD is Dec 2022.

@R N did you have any update on your case? my dependent case moved from FO to NBC with CRP even when current.

@US Greened mined moved to a local FO for interview.
