Is it necessary to maintain F1 status for instance while on CRP+ current ?
crp manApr 20, 2024
@Joe Nun I think that is necessary, because your proccess can be denied. And if it happens, you turn back to student status and can to ask to your attorney to solve it.
crp manApr 20, 2024
@Joe Nun I'm in CRP and maintain my student status. That is unfair, because we did all right.

@crp man so, it doesn’t affect the process but would only matter if the outcome goes south or denied ? Also, what if I graduate before decision ?

if you use your EAD, you F1 will end, and in case your I485 gets denied, you will have to leave the country. so don't use your EAD. wait for i485 approval.
