No, we are still waiting for the interview, not sure how it will goes, your story was pretty worrysome, those officers didn’t even know what CC means and made mistakes. Did you get any upstates from them after interview?

I see. my spouse's case was identified as a potential waiver but they scheduled it eventually unfortunately. They took the interview as though it was an h1b Visa stamping interview checking all aspects of h1. only later when they were appraised of cross chargeablity they had to cross check with supervisor and later said ok send me all your documents of marriage when they request for it as rfe. They didn't look at it then as an hour already passed.. yes many officers are not aware. we took a print out and my spouse showed it .

no updates . we have to wait for rfe I guess to respond with the same documents

thanks for sharing, it might be useful to get your district respresentative or senate involved if you issue is not solved in a timely manner , they have service which is case inquest which helps us dealing with federal agency including USCIs.

there isn’t such timeline, it all depends on your congressman whether they want to help or not. I contacted them for my combo card and it worked
