Criminal Check Record/Police Clearance Certificate? Validity 2 years?
hi guys.
Quick question: I've read online that the criminal record / police clearance certificate has a 2 year validity period in the US for the spousal visa?
so eg. if the issue date was 21 December 2023, it would be valid till 21 December 2025 ?
does anyone know?

oh and if you leave your country to visit your spouse in the US or travel during that time somewhere else, does it lose its 2 year validity and if you have to get one again ? I read this online. confused.

in Jamaica it lasted for 1 year
