CR1 Spouse Interview question
hello all,
my husband will have his CR1 Spouse visa interview on January 23rd. my question is, will he get the visa the same day of his interview, or will they send it to him in the mail? how long does it usually take for them to send him the visa in the mail? I am asking because I will go there when his interview happens and I’m wondering if he will get his visa in time to come back to america on the same flight with me. if he doesn’t get it by the time that I have my flight (February 4th), he will be going on the flight alone. also, what kind of questions will they ask him? I want him to be as prepared as possible.

at interview they let him.know.its apprpved and then itd will.take.from.4.to.7 working days to received his.passoprt back from.the embassy in the mail ,

he will.get his passport and visa on in 7 days ,, it means he can back with you on.the same flight

check your uscis site, normally in 4 to 8 weeks most have the card on hand.

@Fco Flo not the green card. I’m asking about the visa once he’s approved at the interview :)
