Hello blessings What does it mean when USCIS sends a message saying (we've taken action on your case) I've been waiting for 476 days. 16 months since the application was submitted.

My pd is may 9th 2024 and I received the same email yesterday but I haven't seen any changes so I'm wondering if mine is a glitch

our pd is march 31, 2024, still waiting and within the processing time but hopefully it is also approved without any issues. it is a long wait for doing this the right way.
