CR1 1130 Approval in 9 months!!!!! πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’š
Our baby has come haha πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†!!!! Timeline is listed below. This is just my personal thoughts (and small sample size), but I think K3 helped slightly with getting my case looked at. However, with the wait times increasing substantially for Nebraska (the only SC that was processing K3s fast when I applied), I am not sure if it would be all that beneficial to push others to apply for it. I think I got lucky because both my I130 and K3 landed in Nebraska and stayed there. We can only hope that USCIS is starting to push processing times down from the 11-12 months we've been typically seeing for CR1 I130s. I130: PD 6/16/23 Potomac AR1: 7/12/23 Nebraska AR2: 3/20/24 Approval from Nebraska, found approval in docments tab K3 PD: 8/21/23 Nebraska, nothing updated yet
