it is better to get vaccinated since the officer could see the vaccination records attached to i693. If they ask you about your Covid Vaccine, what you would tell them? it would just delay your process. At least get the first shot and save some time.

you should be fine .i only had to do my over and add the covid vaccine because the civil surgeon signature was 60 days old when i submitted it .

If you did it before 10/01/2021, you met their requirements. Relax some of the officers I'm sure aren't vaccinated too. Not everyone wants the vaccine and COVID-19 is almost phased out.

I have a friend who did his interview an he say the officer ask him for his vaccination card an he should up load it. an he say to him if he didn’t had it was going to denied him. so my best advice is better b safe than b sorry

It is required for anyone to be vaccinated for GC application after Oct 2021. The officer may ask you anytime or not before grant you GC. Getting GC is privilege not the government obligation, we should follow the rules instead of telling ppl that you would be fine. If you have any religious belief that don’t wanna get vaccinated, you could fill the form for that

@bePositive 999 The rule says if you are submitting your form I-693 after September 30, 2021. He has already submitted his form way before then.

@ Emekoko I it doesn’t matter. when the rule is effective after Oct. 2021, everyone needs to submit their completed version of i693, they can put RFE on your application anytime before granting you GC. since they already submitted their form, as CDC requirements, they should take Covid vaccination record as well. I heard ppl getting RFE after in person interviews.
