covid times
how is it that we are back to covid times, people in Australia were waiting around 14-15months for their i130’s to be approved during covid and then the times dropped to 10-12 months and now we are back to 14-15 months again, if you are married to a US citizen you shouldn’t need to wait, we would all be paying taxes after all living in the US. I just don’t get what the hold up is at all.

Because more and more people are applying for visas. USCIS has the same problem as all businesses right now. They can’t get people who want to work. They are short 3,000 workers.

because of Biden Administration giving free pass to all illegal to apply for green cards. And they are focusing and approving them quickly, so people can see that USCiS is working swiftly before voting starts. And pushing our case behind. I’m so annoyed I’m in 13 months now, and they stretched it to 15 months now

Day 425 14 months and still active review. At 15 months I guess I will have to pay $5 thousand to pay an attorney to force them to do what I already paid them to do seriously? I’ve been paying taxes for 50 years.

@Jacob Needham literally people don’t understand that the Biden Administration has slowed things down. Trump administration was more efficient. I think people that are going through this process are starting to see this.
