for those who received courtesy notice via email, did you guys submitted the documents it mentioned?? I submitted everything in the beginning and I am not sure how to contact them. i keep trying to call but I can’t proceed further from the automated call.

call the 800-375-5283 then let the voice talk to you when they ask you how can I help said appointment then they will ask you what kind of appointment you need say info pass appointment they will transfer you to a live agent who can help you

to avoid that , just say you lost your receipt number to that voice
