@alise e Never ever miss your Court date. Never do it YOU WILL BE IN DEPORTATION. Go to you Court date and you should ask the judge the for an administrative closure of your case at the court based on you have applied for VAWA and have an pending application with USCIS. Now a days government attorney are very much willing to close you immigration case at the court if you have an pending adjustment application with USCIS which called "Administrative closure".
This is not a legal advice. If you have attorney he should be able to guide you better. Good luck.

Hi @VAWA FEB2022 , yes I never miss any court case, mine were postponed due to Covid, for 2 years. and yes my attorney said she was going to ask the job for a dismissal, due to my Vawa and also because my record is clean. she told me she needs to have a package for ICE too because they will fight my case, I don’t know how long it take to make a package but she said she’s going to try to have it ready by that time
