why your i-485 was denied?

Denial was based off a previous decision (denial in 2023); i-290b was filed and ii-485 was re-opened the same year.

on the 1st denial, reason was due to late submission. But after presenting fedex proof of receipt, they accepted and reinstated i-485.

after rfe was accepted and i-485 reinstated, uscis again denied i-485 alleging incorrect info pertaining the submitted rfe document. Responded with i-290b and case accepted and re-opened again in late 2023.

On May 2024 my, EAD renewal was denied. USCIS alleging denial is due to i-485 denial (again) in early 2024.

I never received a denial notice of my i-485 in the mail or electronic. Online i-485 status has not updated either since 2023.

All Emma chat inquiries said i-485 is ok and still in process.
