Correct a typographical error
my lawyer said that she sent a wrong name to USCIS. and she tried to correct and sent it again. The office answer back in july,2018 they said they will correct it. Until now I didn't get the answer back from my lawyer Gie Kim from the Potomac Immigration Group from Arlington,VA. Can I know how long for my case because I have already waited the office to answer back since july,2018 until now is already 3 years. Could anyone let me know how long I have to wait for......??? Thank you so much

I try to ask the lawyer 2 or 3 month a time for a year, but they just said they didn't get answer from USCIS. Then I ask them how long I will get the answer from USCIS. They just said they don't know but they charge me all money for each process even the last process they charge the money about interview for the green card but it's not complete yet !!! Then they told me to start over all the process again by no charge money for the lawyer but just pay for the process. So they mess up the document until they still can't do anything with USCIS. I try to ask the lawyer office until last yearabout my case but they just read and didn't answer me

I still try to check the process but it's still the same until I think my case is still OK or not. Thank you for your opinion and your comment. I just try to look for the idea or comment from here. Thank you so much.

I just check back my case again in the USCIS Processing Time estimate time range 8 month - 13.5 months , receipt date for case inquiry oct21,.2020 It means it still have chance or not. Could anyone answer me
