Contradictory Responses w/EMMA
Has anyone chatted with a live agent on EMMA and received two different contradictory responses? On Fri, the agent told me that my I485 is in Dallas FO and interview has been waived. Today, they said my case is with the NBC and it hasn’t been transferred to a FO yet, but my interview has been waived. Don’t they all have access to the same files?

the local office sent me a RFE and after I told to Emma and they said my case is still with Texas center 🙄🙄🙄

sometimes they send them to the field office then back to NBC though.
