there is not really a criteria , ead is sometimes approved 2 months later , some people got them the day they did biometrics, 1/3 people got AP with ead , some in first year , some rejected for ap, I seen i485 from a month to several years for eb1

ok, @huber Manu . i don't whine. just trying to understand why people wait for years for an EAD or Green Card, when others get it quickly. we do appreciate your experience and help. Be respectful though. Everything is brand new to some of us, including me. that's why I wrote this post. so, what are the options we have? what is the best option to you?
