Kathi when is your case reviewing time ?

USCIS is already approved, since Oct. I’m referring to NVC part of the process.

I meant the nvc’s review time ? are your docs reviewed in Jan

mine was in dec and had to submit additional docs and now next review month is march

nowhere in our file does it say anything about a new review date.

yep. I had submitted an inquiry back in dec and they replied it in feb .

so they all doing it within their time frames

It’s true . We cannot do anything at this point other than waiting . I need my family here and been waiting since 2020

maybe ask peeps on visa journey.com? can you maybe accept the job offer and start working remotely until you can physically be in the office? usually when starting a new job there’s some training and all… and with covid people are used now to meet on zoom etc… maybe you can work something out! stay strong and positive it’ll all work out 💪🏼

I appreciate your solutions but I exhausted all of those ideas with the company while we were discussing the offer conditions. the offer is valid for a range of dates, but this new delay puts us way out. heartbreaking. thank you though!

@kathi Ramsey what exactly did they say needs to be resubmitted? if it’s something minor like a missing page maybe it wouldn’t need to go through the full doc review process. I can’t even imagine what I’d do if they reject our docs-it would screw up all our plans- I truly feel for you
