There is few options. One of them is to say “expedite request”. Then you can talk to an agent about any subject.

@aaa kkk when i do this, aotmatted voice machine kept on repeating that they can not escalate to customer service agent. what readon you give for it to successfully connect to some human?

I said info pass several times but the automated machine kept given me options on how my issue can be solved and later disconnected my calls.

"info pass" stopped working. Say "lost receipt number", worked for me
