Hi Guys
my eb2-niw is approved and my child is born after my i-140 petition submission she wasn’t in the dependents at the time of application. Now my case is with NVC, I tried to submit my visa fee and ofcourse my newly born is not there in dependents. What will be the procedure for her?

That doesn't sound like a problem. It's at NVC stage that you'll add your dependents, after you have paid the visa fees. You'll have access to IV form DS-260 and add all your dependents.

Thanks Ken for your input. So when will I pay the fee for newely added person in DS-260?

You normally would not be requested to make any separate payment for your family members (spouse and kids), they are termed derivative beneficiaries. You'd be required to submit their civil documents along side yours and go with them to the interview when you are scheduled. You'll get more information and guidance from NVC as you progress. You can also familiarize yourself with the process on the NVC website.
