Consular Process status NVC
Where can I see if my case is documentarily qualified (DQ) before NVC send the notice?
In the ceac’s site I just see the word “completed” in the column about documents. Does anyone here knows about that? #consularprocess #EB2NIW

You cannot until the NVC notice arrives.

You can fill the public inquiry form @ https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html
That is what I did during my time. You might not get any information from NVC unless you contacted them directly using the link above
