I tried as well just received e mail from uscis its denied 😔. I should look in to congressman as well field Dec 16 2021 K1 visa .

@Amra besic yea they are denying everyone the first time because they dont even ask for evidence

Requested for expedite my I-131 on 21th February (very same day emailed to congressman as well) , got RFE email on 24 and Faxed proof of why I’m asking expedited. 3rd of March emailed to congressman again. I never got response from USCIS and local congressman. USCIS teaching us “Hope” in 1001 languages!!! My FO NBC, filed 12nd of June 2021 on marriage based to USC.

I haven’t been to my country more than 4 years and haven’t seen my family for more than 4 years. I never brake the law/rules, even didn’t get any traffic tickets however I’m a truck driver. just wondering where is the humanitarian sense of USCIS gone? you file your hope and some of us expedite that hope, but, I guess our human hope depended on our local govern politics. if they are good with US you will get prosessed faster, if not I’m with you brothers/sisters in their “trashbin”)))

I'm a US citizen. Married to Russian woman. We have a 1 year old daughter. We fled Russia for obvious reasons. Now stranded in tiny eastern European country. Filed expedite (PD Oct 11, 2021). Expedite was denied. Contacted Congressman's office. Wrote out our story. She said she would file an inquiry on our behalf. That was Wednesday. Still waiting to hear back.

in simple words you can't expedite k1 visa until and unless you need some real medical support or if there is some life threat like currently they are accepting expedite request for Ukraine as I heard from one of the filer, they have also approved one case expedite it from August as petitioner was in military and was about to change the base , I would recommend you to not to waste the time as it would just give disappointment and that actually going to make you feel sad if you expedite it only to get it approved faster just because you don't want to wait for that long they would reject it no matter how many times you send it but if it's because of any medical support or life threat you should put you all in to get it approved and they have to approve it. wish you good luck take care hope you get approved.

nope not yet, and about expedite I got this information from lawyer and from some filers I spoke to lawyer recommend to not to file for expedition cause it won't do anything @Day ce

but it's ok I am just waiting and utilising this time to spend more with family and friends😊 cause then I don't when or after how long I would get to meet them @Day ce

well I contacted my congressman in state of Kentucky filed some paperwork with them will see now if they will do anything about expediting my case as well I will call uscis again on the 17th (7days) and expedite again with them as well 🙏 and also send all the paperwork to California center as well. Now just be patient and wait hopefully it gets expedite

Another bad news USCIS now went back to February 16th they updated it today and new timeline for K1 visa is 10-13 months. Any March end or April beginning filer got luckily approved ?

@Day ce well they put down K1 visa from the priority list from Number 3 to Number 6 on the list so I think maybe that's why but I don't know some of March filers got approved I really don't get it every month they are just going back to February how many applications they have for February 😅 or maybe they are just eating peanuts on our application files

but they bought some time for themselves though now anyone from March end who haven't received their NOA2 can't escalate the issue cause they would simply say we are processing February right now so you have to wait.

New processing times for California Service Center for I-130 is now 6.5-8 months? It was 29-38 months before. I don't believe it.

yes for i130 it's 6.5 to 8.5 months this is for already married couples it's way faster than k1 visa now from this you can tell k1 visa is not in priority list anymore. you can check it out on YouTube us immigration channel.

I have i130 processing at California since Oct 2021.

you should inquire about it by calling them they will process your case in priority as it went above the timeline date

I filed in July 30th, received NOA1 on August 2nd .

just saw 2 couples got approved from April so I don't know it's like all random or maybe they are doing rock paper scissors for the files 😅

well I am from Bosnia ,Serbia is next door it was the same country former Yugoslavia until we split during the war as far as I know us embassy in Bosnia,Serbia and Croatia ( former Yugoslavia) has been open all trough the covid maybe that's why or it was expedited

I field on Dec 16 , Expediting Denied ,contacted my congressman and will call again on the 17th to expedite again
