@tired from waitingg you can request your immigration file ..I just requested mine and I should get it next week ..you can see everything about your case it’s detailed ..Which country are you from

@tired from waitingg it will show you why your case is stuck and I would say you can file mandamus cause you are completely out of processing time ..plus you can see when was the last time they touched your case .I call them regularly and use all the senators and congress man in my area .I literally have those 3 offices always asking questions and I also call them and ask them if they recieved anything..like be proactive in this thing .Write them even letters or change lawyers .But for sure if you file fioa you will know for sure if its background checks but they told me the same and I knew it was a general message cause I have no criminal background whatsoever in here or back in my home country so I knew it was not that ..hope this helps
