My PD is July 21. I contacted the office of the representative and they got and answer from USCIS saying that my case was adjudicated to and officer. After that, I go a RFE. A friend of mine did the same and the answer he got was that his case had not been yet adjudicated to and officer.

i got this answer from my congressional office and it was 4 months ago.. Thank you for your inquiry on behalf of your constituent, regarding his Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Note: Please do not follow up or respond directly to your inquiry once it’s been closed by TSC. If you wish to follow up or ask additional questions once your inquiry has been closed. This ensures the most efficient processing of your request. During Removal Proceedings, your constituent was instructed by the court to file application with the Texas Service Center (TSC) and to provide the court with a copy of the receipt notice (Form I-797). Such applications are filed at the Service Center for data entry purposes only, and so that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) can later capture biometric information. The TSC has no jurisdiction over these applications. Once all action is completed with the court, the Government Attorneys should forward the file to the USCIS Field Office with jurisdiction over your constituent’s place of residence for processing of the application per the instructions on the Immigration Judge’s Order. Your constituent may request an appointment at our USCIS website with his local USCIS Field Office. He should take a copy of the Immigration Judge’s order, a copy of his Form I-797 and any other supporting documentation. The officers at the Field Office will inform him of the status of the application.

last week my congressman submitted another inquiry to uscis about delayed my case and it was outside normal processing time.. congressman office waiting for uscis reply..
