Congressman Request
My case has been pending for 2 years now and out of processing time by 11 months. After multiple service requests to USCIS with unsuccessful results , I finally reached out to my congressman last month. Last week, they finally emailed me back to let me know that they reached out to USCIS for a case inquiry. Anyone knows how long USCIS take to answer to Congressional inquiries? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks!
