Congressman help/ expedite requests
hello all
Does sending an inquiry after approaching congressman and raising an expedite request with uscis for STEM extension EAD create issues or do bad and make the wait times longer??? instead if being fast

stop with this nonsense. is not up to god to give out EADs. yes go ahead and contact your congressman, get all the help you can get. it will not hurt your case.

@y k I wish you all the best. I am in the same situation and just reached out to my congresswoman as well. you can try your senators as well but some are swamped with cases and it will take time for them to get to yours. good luck 🍀
