Congressman Help
hello friends,
I sent an email to my Congressman and asked to help us with our case, and I was wondering how long have you waited to get Congressman’s response?

it depends on how responsive congressman’s office is. however, it took less than 10 days to get a response from the uscis after congressional enquiry

thanks! did they actually help you? @Zhar KS

after congressman sent inquiry, uscis usually responds in 30 days.

Its a free service. Wait till they respond you back to sign the privacy release form. They usually send that within 2 days, and some ask you to sign online too. Then wait few weeks (2-3 weeks ). They will email you that they either made inquiry on your behalf or they will say they cant do it and will give you a reason why not. If they do, you will get a response back within a week from the office about the inquiry. My F2A PD 05/2/2022 got approved after the inquiry was sent by the senator. Good luck to you.
