what is the best way to contact your congressman for help? And is it beneficial?

@S@R H@L I contacted the local congressman two times .. first time uscis asked to allow them 90 days to process my case .. 2nd time they never answered the congressman inquiry.. I feel ombudsman office is more beneficial

@S@R H@L the one through the congressman or the ombudsman.. if ombudsman they sent a confirmation email first then they will review your request within 3-4 weeks then they will send another email with their decision
