Congressional inquiry response from USCIS
"Your file is awaiting the scheduling of an interview by the San Juan Field Office. Once a date is set, USCIS will mail an interview notice directly to you, and your physical file will be transferred from the National Benefits Center to the local field office." After requesting for expedite for I-485 via comgressman, due to Urgent humanitarian circumstances, above was the response from USCIS. I have exhausted all avenues apart from writ of mandamus. The next step is not waiting but Writ of Mandamus.
