Please has anyone used the assistance of the office of their constituent congressman to expedite their request? if yes, please what were the information and documents you provided to them and how long did it take USCIS to respond to their inquiry? Thank you

@Pop_me L It depends on your case, and the requirement of your Congressman. Contact your Congressman, they should guide you. Most will contact USCIS, only if your case has exceeded the normal processing period. Hope this helps.

Yes. It helps. I plan to do that next week. My I-290B motion to reopen/reconsider is over 120days. I have a receipt notice but no other updates. I’ve tried to contact USCIS but unable to get past Emma or their AI on phone.
