confused
so here’s my situation at 28 days ago they denied my entire case however on my account the only that was denied was my 765 and said i485 closed fast forward three days ago it said my i130 is being actively reviewed they said they received my information if they need anything they’ll let me know the am so confused also the letter stated for me to be get a visa I would have to be parole into the u.s

I’m sorry that you are dealing with this. Are you sure your denial is based on your I94 form that you mentioned in your previous post?

I’m reading your posts. So, did you submit your visa and I94? if yes, maybe they have re-opened your case?

@A Johnson I definitely sent in an i94 and literally everything on the letter their saying I need to be parole in the u.s to qualify I’m just as. confused as everyone unfortunately
